    Microsoft Excel shortcuts:-

    1.) Open the file menu——- ALT+ F
    2.) Save the File——————— CTRL+S
    3.) Close the Microsoft excel—————————————————-ALT+F4
    4.) Printing shortcut———————————————————————-CTRL+P
    5.) open the new workbook——————————————————CTRL+O
    6,) Open the Edit menu—————————————————————ALT+E
    7.) undo shortcut————————————————————————- CTRL+Z
    8.) Redo Shortcut—————————————————————————CTRL+Y
    9.) Copy shortcut to up cell to down cell contonuosuly without selection———————CTRL+D

    Microsoft Excel shortcuts:-
    1.)For open the file – ctrl+O
    2.) For Save the file – Ctrl+S
    3.)For close the Ms-Excel:-Alt+F4
    4.) For cut shortcut :-ctrl+X
    5.)For copy Shortcut:- Ctrl+c
    6.) For open the new Blank sheet:-Ctrl+N
    7.)Go to Next sheet:-Ctrl Page down

    hide the selected row (ctrl+9)
    hide the selected coloum(ctrl+zero)
    autoshape menu(ctrl+u)
    show or hide standard toolbar(ctrl+7)

    We can insert the hyperlink as below:-
    Select the column who insert the hyperlink then click the insert in menu barand choose the hyperlink option
    Then insert hyperlink box will be open ,Select the Place in document option and click the sheet 1 or sheet 2 and click ok
